Exhibit Staff Registration
ALL exhibit staff registrations must be entered online.
Please use the form below to register all individuals scheduled to
staff your booth by September 3, 2014. Currently, there is no limit
to the number of badges for pre-registered staff – but on-site registrations
and/or changes may be subject to additional fees. This policy is subject
to change at any time.
Name badges and show information can be picked up on-site at the Exhibitor
Registration desk beginning on Thursday, September 11.
All staff – including setup and teardown labor – must have proper identification at all times while in the exhibit hall. Temporary labor stickers will be provided and must be worn during setup/teardown. Security personnel will direct your staff to the exhibitor registration desk if proper identification is not shown.
By submitting this information you are confirming that those listed are employees of your company or organization. Each person should be prepared to show proof of employment to ODA registration and/or security personnel.
Please complete a separate entry for each staff member. Clicking 'continue' will process each registration.
If you are registering more than one employee and using the same company information, use your browser's 'back' button to return to the form and add each new name.
